Wave damage – Wilderness
Wilderness takes listeners on a journey through reverb-drenched soundscapes, nostalgic melodies, and the occasional drum beat.

The album opens with "Washing over us", that sets the tone with its dreamy melodies, shimmering pads and gentle repeating beats. The more upbeat "Subcarrier" is centered around a pulsing 4x4 beat while tracks like "Lost landscapes" completely lacks drums, focusing more on analog pads that slowly progresses as the track builds up.

The subtle use of field recordings and found sounds adds texture and makes "Wilderness" an organic-sounding ambient techno album that rewards repeated listens.
